Fishs Eddy Return Policy

Because sometimes, things just don’t work out.

The Basics

We get it—sometimes you change your mind, or maybe that quirky plate just doesn’t fit your vibe. That’s why we have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from when you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify, your item must be:

✅ Unused and in the same condition you received it

✅ In its original packaging (with tags and labels intact, if applicable)

✅ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email TEDDY@fishseddy.com. We’ll send you the next steps, including where to send your item.

🚨 Heads up: Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.




Damaged or Wrong Items? That’s on Us.

If your order arrives and something’s not right—wrong item, damaged in transit, or looking like it had a rough journey—let us know immediately at TEDDY@fishseddy.com.

If you spot an issue within 7 days of receiving your item (like unexpected wear or damage), reach out. We’ll figure out the best solution, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or something else to make it right.




What You Can’t Return

Some things are just final:

🚫 Custom orders & personalized items (If we made it special for you, it stays with you!)

🚫 Perishable goods (Yes, that includes food.)

🚫 Final Sale items & gift cards

If you’re unsure about an item, just shoot us an email before purchasing!




Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or just changed your mind? The fastest way to swap something out is to:

1️⃣ Start a return for your original item.

2️⃣ Once accepted, purchase the new item separately.

(We’re working on making exchanges smoother, but for now, this is the best way!)




Refunds & Restocking Fees

Once we receive your return and give it a once-over, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

💡 Important Notes:

  • Freight charges are non-refundable. If you paid for shipping on your original order, that amount will not be credited back.

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label to make things easier for you! However, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • If 15 business days have passed and you still don’t see your refund, email us at [email protected].
